MamaQueen Care provides Postpartum Yoga exercises at the beginning of each session. Postpartum yoga is a modified, low-intensity yoga practice. A lot of changes happen to your body after childbirth. Postpartum yoga is designed to help your body recover and correct posture.

  • MamaQueen Studio has an exclusive 3-layer Bellybinding method that wraps the belly and pelvis more securely for faster results.

  • Wrapping the belly has to be with moderate strength. If the wrap around the body is too loose, the result will not be obvious, but if wrapped too tightly to pursue the effect, it may cause difficulty in breathing.

  • Choosing a professional, qualified and experienced belly binding therapist is important. Communication and assessments are done before the treatment so you can enjoy the process with a peace of mind and comfort.

Treatment includes all the materials used for the treatment, no additional charges.
Every mother has her own brand new 100% pure natural cotton BengKung cloth(Made in Malaysia).

【Precautions】

  • Belly Binding treatment is 10 days (5 days, 2 days break, then 5 days)

  • Each session is 70-90mins 

  • Bellybinding time is 6-8 hours each day (self unwrap afterwards), some yoga stretching is recommended after unwrapping

  • All materials used for the bellybinding is 100% pure natural Bengkung cloth

  • This treatment is absolutely safe, and suitable for breastfeeding

  • Breastfeeding will not be affected during the belly binding, and you can do daily activities as usual

  • Eat small meals during the binding is recommended

  • sleeping with the binding is not recommended, due to blood circulation. Best to book daytime before 3pm for the 10 days

【Why 10 days?】

A complete treatment of belly binding is 10 days, metabolism takes 6 to 7 days to renew. Therefore, 10 to 15 sessions of belly binding treatment will be most effective.

Belly binding each day is up to 6 to 8 hours. 

Too long will affect the gastrointestinal function and may cause constipation,

overnight binding is not recommended.
